Delivery, Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
You can choose from 1st or 2nd class UK delivery at the checkout.
We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days.
Depending on your selection at the checkout, items are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class, although sometimes we may use a courier if it is a large order.
If tracking is available (usually on larger orders) then we will be able to provide tracking details.
You will receive an email when your items have been despatched.

30 Day Happiness Guarantee
If you’re not completely happy for any reason, you can send your order back within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked. All you need to do is email us at [email protected] with your order number. You will need to pay for return postage, and we do not refund the original postage cost. Payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it, so please notify us in time.

Returns, Refunds and Problems
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that there is a problem with your order then please notify us as soon as possible and we will work hard to put it right.
You must notify us of the problem at [email protected], and don’t forget to include the order number found on your confirmation email. Please do not send items back to our address without contacting us first, if you do this we will not be able to help you with replacement or refunds.
Once you’ve contacted us about your issue we will advise you on what to do next.

Once we have received your approved return we will notify you.
We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, if that is what has been agreed. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
The orginal cost of delivery will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part.
Don’t forget to contact us so that we can approve your request at [email protected] so we can approve your request and tell you how and where to send your item(s).
We work hard to process your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately this means that we are very unlikely to be able to make any changes to your order after it has been placed. However, you have 30 days after delivery to your items for a refund.
