The African mango tree (Irvingia gabonensis) is native to tropical West Africa and grows in dense jungles. The pulp and seed of the mango-like nuts are valued for being high in protein and fats and are used in Cameroonian and Nigerian cuisine.
Research is still being conducted into the benefits of African mango but it is interesting to note that it has many uses in traditional and local medicine.
Directions:
Adults, take 1-2 capsules daily with water 30 mins before food.
