Known as “the golden spice”, Turmeric is a product of Curcuma longa, a plant belonging to the Zingiberaceae family, which also includes ginger. It is native to Southeast Asia and has been praised for thousands of years for natural aid.
Curcuminoids are the active plant compounds found in turmeric. Curcumin is the main curcuminoid and has been identified as the most important active ingredient. In fact, curcumin is even responsible for the spice’s yellow color.

Directions:
Adults, take 1-3 capsules per day, with water and preferably with food. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
